International E-Bike Shipping

E-bikes shipped from an international supplier are estimated to arrive within 45 business days after the order has been processed.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery may also be affected by customs inspections, carrier delays, severe weather, port congestion, or other circumstances outside VoltPlug LA’s control.

USA-Stocked E-Bikes

E-bikes currently stocked and shipped from within the United States are estimated to arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

The product page or order confirmation will indicate whether the e-bike is shipping from a United States warehouse or an international supplier.

Processing and Tracking

Customers will receive tracking information by email or text once it becomes available. International tracking may take several business days to begin showing movement.
